Batching the fabric is possible up to 1800mm diameter with facility to lowering and rising of batching arm pneumatically. Ascending batch winder for smaller batch in open type trolleys for tensionless outlet COCK PIT :- Sophisticated decorative cock pit having electrical controls, speedometers ampere meter , volt meter weft and bow controls are of easy accessible to the operator MECHNICAL PINNING SYSTEM :- Mechanical selvage control & selvage pinning device with two finger / three finger uncurler arrangement or smooth pinning o fabric CONTROL PANEL :- MS fabricated control panel with its readily accessible circuitry, housed the necessary switch gears, Fuses, mcBs. The special aluminum alloy die casting top parts or high grade M.S. Fabricated top parts are mounted on steel graded chain with self lubricated sintered bronze shoes. The chain sliding over the graded cast iron machine lapped chain rail for smooth moving and minimum friction which reduces load on driving motor in terms saves electrical energy.
