Manufacturers and exporters of Induction Furnace 'Voltage fed' series type series type inverter ensures optimum power delivery at all load conditions thus maintaining an efficiency of load of 99%. Constant DC voltage is used to ensure stable operation of inverter. Power Factor is maintained at 0.98 at all power levels. Ultra fast, linear response, galvanically isolated feedback loops ensure protection of inverter devices against over-current. Digital temperature controller trips the inverter in the event of DM water high temperature. System components and devices are cooled by DM water to avoid scaling, electrolysis and corrosion. Reliable single chip integrated circuit, used in the electronic control cards ensures reliability and ease of maintenance. Installing the control card inside a separate enclosure increases the circuit board life Electrolytic grade copperis used for the induction coils and other bus bar requirements thus minising MF current losses. Open loop water systememployed for the coil cooling reduces external component count and reduces the maintenance cost. High speed semi-conductor fuses and MCCB are used for converter protection. The DC choken the converter ensures constant voltage while not allowing the high fault current to reach the converter devices.
