We Provide Manufacturer and services of enhance public access to information on its program of cleaner production. Cleaner Production Concepts :- The terms Cleaner Production, Pollution Prevention and Responsible Care ? are often used interchangeably. In the case of Cleaner Production and Pollution Prevention, the distinction between the two tends to be geographic -- the term Pollution Prevention tends to be used in North America, while Cleaner Production is used in other parts of the world. The term Responsible Care? is a trade mark within the chemical industry and refers to a specific program -- the term is used universally. 1)Cleaner Production/Pollution Prevention :- Cleaner Production (CP) and Pollution Prevention (P2) focus on a strategy of continuously reducing pollution and environmental impact through source reduction -- that is eliminating waste within the process rather than at the end-of-pipe. Waste treatment does not fall under the definition of CP or P2 because it does not prevent the creation of waste. 2)Responsible Care? :- Responsible Care? is a program carried out by the chemical industry in approximately 45 countries. Responsible Care? is a voluntary chemical industry action programme to achieve and demonstrate continual improvement with regard to safety, health and the environment. Production at the production level :- Improved operation and good housekeeping, Process modifications, Changes in plant and equipment, Raw or toxic material substitution, Redesign and/or reformulation of product, Management systems to avoid and minimise waste. Environment Australia lists the following benefits of Cleaner Production :- Reduce production costs through greater efficiency Decrease waste of material inputs, Increase productivity and often improve products Reduce energy consumption, Recover valuable by-products, Minimise waste disposal problems, including charges for waste treatment. 3)The Circular Economy :- There are a number of ways to define the term Circular Economy (CE). The accepted working definition may be interlinked manufacturing and service businesses seeking the enhancement of economy and environmental performance through collaboration in managing environmental and resource issues. The theme of the CE concept is the exchange of materials where one facility?s waste, including energy, water, materials - as well as information - is another facility?s input. By working together, the community of businesses seeks a collective benefit that is larger than the sum of the individual benefits each enterprise, industry and community would realize if it intended to optimize its performance on an individual basis (i.E. Industrial symbiosis). For more information on the Circular Economy, please see :- Circular Economy Links, Circular Economy Case Studies, Circular Economy in China and Circular Economy in Japan. Cleaner Production Tools :- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Public Environment Reporting, Environmental Indicators, Industrial Ecology, Codes of Practice, Environmental Audits, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Environmental Accounting, Design for Environment, Environmental Labeling, Performance Based Contracting, Eco-Efficiency, Environmental Taxes.
