Galvanizing and powder coating are the two most effective ways to prolong the service life and enhance the aesthetics of steel and aluminum structures. As a world leader in steel and aluminum poles for lighting, power and communication, Valmont recognized early on the value of leading the industry in galvanizing and coatings as well. The Valley, Nebraska, galvanizing facility for many years met the Company's need for the high quality hot-dip galvanizing that made Valmont irrigation products the industry standard for dependability and durability.
During the 1990s, Valmont acquired existing facilities and built new ones to meet the growing demand for galvanizing, both internally and from other manufacturers. The Company built new galvanizing plants in West Point, Nebraska and Tulsa, Oklahoma and acquired three galvanizing operations in Utah, Oregon and California. This internal growth and these acquisitions helped fulfill the Company's internal galvanizing needs at various locations in North America and, at the same time, served the growing worldwide demand for galvanizing.
We Provides Manufacturer, trader and export of Galvanizing, Anodizing/Powder Coating. Anodizing/Powder Coating :- Anodizing protects aluminum with a durable, attractive finish. The electro-chemical process uses an electrolyte, or acid, and an electrical charge to oxidize the surface of an aluminum item. The process can achieve a wide range of surface finishes from very bright to dull matte, in one or more of a variety of brilliant, subtle or rich colors. Anodizing can also enhance resistance to abrasion and corrosion and to reduce surface electrical conductivity. Galvanizing :- Galvanizing is one of the most common and effective ways to protect steel from corrosion, and Valmont is the industry leader in hot dip galvanizing. We're among the country's largest custom galvanizers serving all steel fabrication markets, so you know we can handle your galvanizing needs. Galvanizing provides steel with both barrier and cathodic protection from corrosions. During the galvanizing process, steel is immersed in molten zinc. Through diffusion, the zinc bonds to the steel at the molecular level. The resulting zinc coating provides a barrier that shields the steel from the environment. At the same time, it is the zinc coating that preferentially corrodes when exposed to the elements, leaving the base steel intact. Thus, galvanizing provides years of added service and value. Services :- Superior quality service, competitive pricing, on-time delivery, specifications including : ASTM, Customer, Federal, ML spec, DOT.
