Biomass Gasifier Wood Gasifier Gasifier for thermal Apllication Gasifier with complete Aotumatic Burners Gasifier for Food Industry The INFINITE Vergassen is a simple and reliable solution for bringing down the fuel cost by over 50%. The INFINITE Vergassen converts wood into a burnable gas (producer-gas) by means of a process known as thermal gasification. The producer gas can be piped from the gasifier (which may be located outside the plant building ) to the ovens/furnaces/etc located in the plant building and burnt in specially designed burners, in place of fossil fuels like F.O/L.D.O/Diesel/LPG/CNG. Thus expensive liquid/gas fuels can be effectively replaced by low cost wood without any changes in operations, temperature profile, temperature control and cleanliness in the plant area. The gasifiers is essentially a chemical reactor, where several thermo-chemical processes such as pyrolysis, combustion, and reduction take place. Most biomass materials can be converted into a gaseous fuel knows as producer gas, which comprises carbon monoxide, hydrogen carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrogen. (1000-1200 Kcal/nm3) compared to natural gas has or liquefied petroleum gas, but can be burnt with high efficiency and good degree of control without emitting smoke. The producer gas flame temperature can be as high as 1100 0C. Each kilogram of air dry biomass (10% moisture control) yields about 2.5nm3 of producer gas. In energy terms, the conversion of efficiency of the gasification process is in the range of 80%-90%. Usage of gasifiers instead of conventional direct burning devices will lead to savings of a minimum of 50% fuel cost. For thermal applications, the technology has been well proven and gasifiers systems are already working in the field. The capacity installed so far covers a wide range of application at different capacities. Conversion of soild biomass into combustible gas offers all the advantages associated with using gaseous And liquid fuels such as clean combustion, compact burning equipment just like conventional diesel burner, high thermal efficiency and a good degree of control. Furthermore, the gasification system can be physically isolated from the combustion system and hence the handling of fuel and ash removal can be away from the actual area. Besides the above advantages, Our gasifiers have range of special features that gives them distinctive edge in thermal Applications. Dry gas system: We offer completely dry gas generators which do not required water scrubber based gas clearing. This note only improves the overall thermal efficiency , But also eliminates the problems with effluent treatment and discharge. Compact foot print: Vergassen series gasifiers are the most compact gasification systems available in India. The compact design not only requires a much lesser area for installation but also minimizes heat loss and increases overall thermal efficiency. Zero effluent system: The INFINITE Vergassen series is disigned to have minimum waste products and zero liquid effluents. Highest overall efficiency: INFINITE Vergassen systems are disigned for maximum overall thermal efficiency. The conversion efficiency and overall thermal efficiency of the system are as high as 90%.
