Description :
Navin Process Systems offer complete plants for manufacture of essential oils from natural sources such as eucalyptus, lemon, orange, peppermint, rose, sandalwood, citronella, lemongrass, etc. Orange & lemon peels are a waste product of the fruit processing industry. Citronella & lemongrass are grasses capable of growing on arid land. The above are some examples of cheap sources of raw materials which can yield a significant quantity of valuable essential oils. The manufacturing process involves mechanical expression, steam distillation or extraction with volatile solvents, depending upon the product, & the plant is designed accordingly. For e.g., the steam distillation plant is skid mounted & very compact, & consists of a steam distillation kettle of suitable capacity with a condenser & a condensate collection tank. A diesel/electricity fired steam generator is provided in the package. Plants for the manufacture of highly purified oils, involving complex fractional distillation, extraction, evaporation & recrystallization operations can also be provided. Projects can be undertaken on a turnkey basis, where the scope of work includes design, supply, installation & commissioning of the manufacturing plant & complete manufacturing know-how for the product of interest.
