Description :
The float gauge is ideal for measuring water level where a stilling well exists or is easy to construct.
The float gauge consists of a shaft encoder with a pulley which measures incremental changes in water level.
The float gauge is most appropriate where large fluctuations in water level exist, as it will not lose resolution or accuracy over long lengths.
The mode of measurement is incremental above and below a set zero-point. The sensor consumes minimal power.
