Description :
1. CARRIAGE OF CS-100P TYPE is a rail running type auto welding equipment that has been adopted for straight-ling movement through a WFAVL and RACH & PINION running method.
2. Multi-purpose applications, such as general FILLET, BUTT welding, are possible and applicable to all areas, especially suitable for back plate welding.
3. It is possible to improve productivity and reduce welding cost of pipe welding that requires highly skilled workers.
4. A required leg-length can be given with one single run due to the ability of a weaving width control.
5. A DWELL function is added to prevent penetration failure during welding and weaving work.
6. Using digital technology, there is the electronic control of weaving width, center movement, left stop, right stop, and so forth.
7. Two types of weaving devices are available: ANLILAR TYPE, STRAIGHT TYPE.
8. Both types of the weaving devices can be adhered and removed, and changed as needs are claimed.
9. 1.5M RAIL is used as basic, RAIL length can be extended by your order specification.
10. Easy to use and move because of its small-size and light-weight.
