The casting section owns an independent factory building nearly 4000 square meter of area, with 3 professional engineers and other 50 employees. It is equipped with 19 sets of professional machines and 1 set of spectrometer, The section production is 50 tons per month. The whole casting process is under the assurance of ISO 9002 and TRD-100, from wax injection, amending wax, combining, fluid dipping, sand blasting, de-waxing melting, sintering, shell removing, cutting, polishing and delivery. Moreover, there are several tests for material and physical inspection, including Chemical analysis by Spectrometer, Tensile Strength, Hardness Test, X-ray Radiograph Inspection. The whole employees from section manager to on line workers have the same concept Pursuing premium quality and decreasing the faulty percentage.
