Infrastructure
We have state of the art infrastructure in our manufacturing unit, which is located at Goregaon (Mumbai). We follow international best practices in our entire fabrication process. CNC Turret Punching Machine
The Punching on Sheet Metal is taken care by EUROMAC's BX auto index machine. With a 1000*2500, it can handle sheet size of 6 mt with auto repositioning beyond 1300 mm. So up to 2mt, machine can punch without repositioning. This not only saves time but also improves the quality of the product. More over, with its unique 30-ton capacity, it can easily punch 4 mm thick MS.



Shearing
NC Shearing Machine of weldor mechanical with shearing capacity of MS 4mm shearing length of 1.25 mt, a variety of other machines like microprocessor based spot welding, CO2/MIG welding, ARC welding machines, 30 tons, 20 tons and 10tons, power press are in place.



Bending
The bending of the precision components is done on weldor mechanical 4 Feet x 4MM machine. It is very easy to use. The machine has the bending capacity of 2mm MS.
