We manufacturer of Flexible Duct from Malaysia. EL Flexible Duct are extremely versatile and are suitable for all high and low velocity air conditioning and ventilation systems application. They are manufactured by laminating Aluminium foil, two ply of polyester film over a spring steel wire helix to give excellent strength and flexibility. They are manufactured both in Plain type [EL32S & D] and Pre-insulated type[EL32SD & DD]. Sizes ranging from 4 inches to 20 inches [outside Diameter] and at pitch 32mm. EL Flexible Duct unlike other ducts that only have a foil wrap over the fiberglass. Pre-insulated type [EL-32SS & SD] comprise of two concentric Helical Duct that house the fiberglass wool between them, making it superior and studier product. EL Flexible Duct are easy to install in any place, be it a tight inconvenient place with awkward obstruction. Its flexibility allows it to align itself into smooth profiles and curves unlike other rigid ducts that are connected through a series of right angle turn. EL Flexible Duct are strong, durable and fire-resistant with a flexibility of being compressed to 10% of its extended length.
