Mohan Electro-Casting has been set up in 2005 to provide high range of steel heavy casting delivering value to its customers and expanding it origin worldwide. With its competitive advantage in raw materials, efficient operations and the benefits of a recently-completed programme of modernization, Mohan Electro-Casting is among the lowest cost steel producers. We are Engineering Company into developing custom made components and solutions for specific requirements such as heavy steel casting, (alloys and non alloys), low and high ductile iron castings and heavy C.I. casting, forge ingot( alloy and non alloy).

The establishment deals with Casting, Machining, Surface and Heat Treatment, Fabrication, and Assembly Works. The company has a reputation for translating the buyer requirements into enquiries for suppliers and providing the most efficient and effective solution.

Our R & D specialists set to work on the indigenous development of this state of the art technology to make tailor made casting. It was decided to concentrate on big sized castings. Continuous effort by our R & D cell and a determination to perfect this sophisticated technique has made us specialists of steel castings and alloy steel castings. MEPL today makes single piece casting up to 60 tonnes. The company has in-house arrangements for mould making and our die-cast components are offered in fully machined and finished condition.
 

The design standardization especially of single piece casting housing, centre distances and accessories along with the vast reservoir of expertise & experience helps make heavy casting of International quality available at the least possible cost.

To ensure top-notch quality and achieve customer satisfaction, the unit has been a front runner in adopting a concerted programme on Total Quality Management.

We have the custom capabilities to produce castings that conform to exact specifications as per the requirements of the clients. MEPL caters to the highest degree of precision required in the process, production and development of Steel Castings.

Ghaziabad is most rising area in India’s industrial township. In more recent times, Mohan Electro-Casting is been approved as ISO 14001 certification for environment management for most of its works, plants, mines and collieries.

1: Mohan metal works (p) ltd - Since 1972
2: Opel alloys (p) ltd - Since 2000

(MMW) Mohan metal works is situated at D-113,114 Industrial Area B.S. road, Ghaziabad since 1972.

Manufactures: C.I.Ingot Moulds, Trumpets, Bottom plates & slag plots etc.
Specialists in: C.I. Graded Casting.
