We also provide technical services to improve the yield, technology, equipment efficiency in production of Acetates, Acetoacetates, Acetic acid, Acetic anhydride, Agricultural food products, Agro products, Alcohol based chemicals, beta naphthol, Bon acid, beta naphthol derivatives, CO2 manufacturing from various waste gases like flue gas or fermentor gas, CO2 [food grade] from commercial grade, Chloro benzene, diketene, drivatives of diketene, Diphenyl oxide, Ethyl acetate using dil acetic acid, Hydrogen, hydrogenation products, Hydrogen peroxide, ketene, M.C.B., Metanilic acid, Salicilic acid, Salicilic acid derivatives & many more.
This company is formed by chemical engineers with rich experience in establishing chemical manufacturing units, that meet the laboratory/pilot plant results at plant scale through proven design, engineering, scale up parameter study, & commissioning of the new units, modernization of plants & re-engineer the plants to produce new chemicals, improve energy efficiency, productivity & safety, implement total quality management practices.
We have worked on reactions like catalytic hydrogenation gas phase/liquid phase, carboxylation, nitration, alkylation, ammonolysis, sulfonation, halogenation, oxidation, thermal degradation, reduction, peroxidation, pyrolysis & so on. We have successfully handled difficult physical separations through extraction, distillation, molecular sieve applications, selective freezing, crystallization and more.
We have successfully engineered and commissioned systems to handle [1] highly toxic chemicals [like ketene] [2] highly flammable/explosive materials [like cryogenic ethylene, LPG, hydrogen] [3] highly reactive material[like diketen]
