The promoters of the company have more than 25 years of experience in the field of Industrial Electronics especially in the manufacture & marketing of RF Induction Heating Equipments. Our registered office & works is situated in the Bangalore the Silicion valley of the country with completer infrastructure required for developing highly superior, high quality & efficient RF Induction Heating Systems & Tube Welders. The company has engineers trained in UK in the design & development of RF equipments from 1KW to 400 KW power output.

The Managing Director of the company Mr. S. S. Hemachander is a noted person in the field of radio frequency(RF) induction heating & is regarded as an authority in RF induction heating & induction tube welding in the company. The quality of supplies & services of the company are secon.

The quality of supplies & services of the company are second to none in the country. The company has executed several orders including export orders successfully & to the entire satisfaction of the customers. The company has several orders on hand & has a target of reaching a turnover of Rs.50.00 Million for the 2001-2002.

The company is proud to announce that it has successfully exported & commissioned 150KW, 200/250 KW, 300KHZ RF tube welders for steel tube & pipe welding to Turkey, U.A.E, Yemen & Saudi Arabia.

The company has diversified into design & manufacturers of MF Solid State (IGBT/MOSFET) based induction-heating systems, RF Plastic Welding Systems, RF Di-Electric Heaters & RF cap sealing systems. The company has further planned to invest in expansion this year for developing, RF sputtering systems, rubber curing systems, industrial microwave heating equipment etc.. With state of art technology & foreign collaboration.

We manufacture & develop highly superior, high quality & efficient RF Induction Heating Systems & Tube Welders. We manufacture RF Induction Heaters, RF Tube Welders, RF Plastic Welders, RF DI-Electrical Heaters, MF Induction heating systems [IGBT based] [IGBT/MOSEET based]. We at strayfield are dedicated towards Servicing, re-conditioning, trouble shooting of all types of RF/MF induction heating equipments & RF tube welders. Technical consultancy & services for up-gradation of existing RF induction heaters to suit customers requirements. Supply & commissioning of any make Oscillator valves/triodes. Consultancy in selection of equivalent Oscillator valves / Triodes and modifications before installing the valves / Triodes in the in the equipment. Evaluation of the correct power and frequency of RF/MF Induction Heaters and Tube welders required for specific Heat Treatment applications and Tube/Pipe Welding applications respectively and selection of suitable Systems for the same. Providing Guidelines and services for improving, productivity and quality in Induction Heat Treatment process and Tube/Pipe Welding process. Technical services and consultancy for Turnkey projects such as Tube Mills, and induction Hardening Plants.
