MANUFACTURING OF FOLLOWING EQUIPMENTS:-
  • STEEL MELT SHOP EQUIPMENT:- Ladles, Scrap Changing, Buckets, Electric ARC Furnace- Major Componets, Ladel Refining Furnace, VD/VOD/AOD Equipment, Transfer Cars, Fume Exraction System, Auxiliary Equipment, Billet/Bloom/Slab Casting Equipment, Rolling Mill Equipment, Aluminium Plant Equipment, Chemical Plant Equipment. Design, Manufacture and Erection of Technological Structures and Industrial Sheds.
  • MECHANICAL: Mechanical erection of new equipment for steel plants, rolling mills, oxygen plants and aluminium plants. Refurbishing / Overhauling and erection of Old equipment for steel plants, rolling mills, oxygen plants and aluminium plants.
  • PIPING [FABRICATION & LAYING]: Piping in mild steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper and PVC for various applications. Installation of all types of pumps and valves. Hot and Cold Insulation on piping.
  • ELECTRICAL: Erection and testing of HT/LT Panels equipment, HT/LT cable laying, termination and testing, Installation of Circuit Breakers, Electronic Circuit Cards, Power Transformers, Erection of D.C. & A.C. Motors, Design & installation of Earthing System, Design & installation of Lightening Projection System, Design & installation of Illumination System.
  • INSTRUMENTATION: Testing, calibration and installation of plant instruments, Copper tubing, Instrumentation cable laying and termination, Loop checking and commissioning of instrumentation.
  • PROJECTS HANDLED: Air Seperation Plant, Aluminium Foil Plant, Fabrication and Laying of pipe Lines, Operation and Maintenance of Bar and Rod Mill, SMS Shop Installation, VD-VOD Projects, 185 Metre Long Tunnel Furmace, 100 TPD Oxygen Plant, Errection and Commissioning of Bar and Rod Mill.
