The Industrial Revolution in the early fifties & mid- sixties saw Mumbai as the focal point of purchase of essential products related to the industry's expansion and maintenance. Rapid increase in requirements at short notices and improper infrastructure to handle led to many shortfalls. Demand for better services like quality products and supply of materials at the right place and at the right time was the need of the hour. Acknowledging this demand Indian Tube Syndicate was set up by Late Shri O.C.DHARIA in 1964 at Mumbai. Over the years Indian Tube Syndicate marked a name for itself for the supply of wide range of industrial supplies like Valves, Pipes and other accessories in par with the growing demand.
To cater to the growing demands in Andhra Pradesh, Indian Tube Syndicate extended its services by providing local sales at Secunderabad in 1989. The company latter came to be known as Indian Tube Company (currently being handled by Yatin Dharia grandson of Late Shri. O.C. Dharia) with the repute of living up to its commitment.

The company saw a glorious change for its effort s when it was offered by the BDK group & HAWA group to be their product stockists.
