Founded in 1988, Hangzhou Xingyuan Filter Press Co. Ltd. Is a professional manufacturer and service provider of filter press. Relying on science and technology, the company has been well-developed with a total occupied area of 120 mu, a factory building area of 32, 000 sq. Meters and a total assets of over 100 million RMB yuan. During its ten year's development, "Xingyuan Filter" has gradually established its leading position in the domestic market and the "Xingyuan" brand has become a famous one in China's filter press industry.

The company has professional R&D team and more than 30 patents like the manufacturing technique of reinforced polypropylene filter plate.On the base of absorbing advanced technologies from the US, Japan and Germany, the company has produced the "Xingyuan" filter press which features quick filtration, stable performance and easy operation. Our plates features good sealing, anticorrosion, low moisture, even and thorough washing and nontoxic. The avaialbe filter press types are manual jack-type, manual hydraulic, electrical hydraulic, automatic pull-type, PLC controlled, and full automatic fast-open type. Availble filter plate types are plate-and-frame type, chamber type, assembled polypropylene membrane type, one-piece polypropylene membrane type, rubber membrane type, flush type and filter cloth type.

The available sizes of filter plates are 250, 400, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1000?1500, 1500, 1500?2000, 2000, 2000?2500 with the working pressures of 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 4MPa etc. The filtration tempratures can vary within-40-120?C and the filtration areas within 0.16-1600 sq.Meters. Besides, we can, as clients demand, design and manufacture nonstandard filter presses as well as their plates and frames( having considered the special requirements for import/export products). "XingYuan" filter presses has now be sold to 30 cities and provinced around China as well as to Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Iran, Sri lanka and Philippines, and they are now widely used in such industries as chemistry, metallurgy, food processing, pharmacy, clay dyeing, coal washing, architectural material, mining as well as wastewater treatment .

The company boasts first-class manufacturing and processing equipments and technologies such as German-imported large-scale closed planer, CNC planer type milling machine, supersized oil press, NC automatic cutting machine, large vertical boring milland NC thicknesser, which can manufacture supersized and highly sophisticated filter presses.

The company has well-formed QA system and advanced testing devices. It attained the ISO9000 certifications in 1997 and the CE in 1999. The testing devices provide an overall-process control over the production from raw material warehousing, assembly, to ex works of the completed mahcines.We can provide our customers a total solutions including materials' filtering character testing, the type slection of the filter presses and their supported products, installation and debugging of devices, customer trainings, technical support and after-sales services.
