Established in 1966, PTX-Pentronix, Inc. A subsidiary of Gasbarre Products, Inc. Manufactures a complete line of high speed and high precision powder compacting presses, robotic parts loaders and other products for the powder compacting industry. This equipment is exported around the world and used to manufacture parts made from both ferrous and non-ferrous powders for the technical ceramic, tungsten carbide, hard metal and powder metal (P/M) industries. They are also used in a wide variety of automotive and other structural metal applications to replace wrought-machined products such as gears. Our Product Range : * Anvil-type Presses Anvil pressing is a "natural" for parts with one flat side. The other side can be flat or multilevel. The part can be thick or thin, have holes, teeth, etc. * 3-Mode Presses The Multipak 3-Mode concept merges the anvil press, the conventional upper/lower opposed-punch, and the double action press into one unit. * Loaders Details automatic, high-speed robotic parts handling systems that transfer parts from press to trays. * Simac - Isostatic Presses Information on three types of Simac equipment, including Monomatic/Monostatic, Densomatic Presses and Grinders. * Fluidized Fill Shoe System Powder flows like fluid when supported by a column of air providing faster powder transfer. * Force Meter Simplifies press set-up. Displays peak force during set-up, testing, short runs and long production runs.
