CHIH HORNG SCIENTIFIC CO. Was founded in 1988 with a total capital investment of NT$800, 000 and a staff of 3 employees. Due to favorable market conditions, we were able to expand production at a rate of approximately 10% a year to reach our current annual sales of NT$50, 000, 000. In 2002, we expanded operations by setting up new branch in Shanghai, mainland China.
At the present time, we employ a staff of 16 employees, comprised of 8 R&D members, between our head office in Taipei and our Shanghai branch. Our products include a full range of developing and designing of Industry automatic system and components with a wide selection for applications. We employ an efficient well-trained staff of 12 employees in our head office who work diligently to make sure all customers' needs are met in a well-organized manner. In April 1990, for long-term development, the committee decided our business continuing to grow by the following functions:
A. Developing & Designing controller and relative product of the needs of the market.
B. Representing advantage sensor and the elements of automatic control from Europe or America.
C. Integrated automatic control system including plan, design and manufacture.
D. Buying & Selling relatively automatic control components.
For ten years developing, we had been growing with a total capital investment of NT$15, 000, 000 at a growth rate of 25% ~ 35% annually, the variety of self-designed control products extend over ten, exclusive agents for LIKA encoders and halstrup-walcher pressure detector in Asia. Our future projections is to be awarded ISO9000 and globe expansion sale.
