We provide a specialised metal manufacturing, processing and finishing company producing various metal parts. Our products :- Sintered Metal Powder Parts :- Our expertise in the production of sintered metal powder parts allow us to develop innovative products together with our customers, At each stage of the manufacturing process, whether it is mixing, compacting, sintering or finishing; we monitor and assure product-in process matches the customer's specification. Automatic & CNC Lathe Turned Parts and Sub-Assemblies :- At Allied Metal Industries Ltd., we recognise that besides the cost, accuracy and timely delivery is what our customers are most concerned. Our top quality CNC machines guarantee a high degree of precision and repeatability giving our customers the best quality products that they can depend upon. With a dedicated Quality Assurance Team and a rigorous quality control system, we ensures that every job is completed to our customer’s specifications, and done right the first time and every time. Our Quality Policy is to manufacture products of exceptional quality and exceed our customer’s expectations. Aluminium Extrusions :- With our experienced team of aluminium extrusion engineers, we have continued to supply products to the most demanding customers. Our commitment in product quality excellence allows us to grow together with our customers. We also provide secondary operations such as precision cutting, bending, plating and anodizing to meet our customers' requirements. Heat Sinks :- We put ourselves in demand because we consistently produce heat sinks that meet the exact requirements specified by our customers. Apart from the established range, we also manufacture customised heat sinks to the specific shapes and sizes, and finishing options such as anodizing, painting and chromate conversion. We offer volume discounts to high volume customers and repeating orders. We also provide packaging services for retail ready products. Hot Forging :- We have the capability to forge parts of brass, copper and aluminium for various applications. Many of them are complicated in shapes with highly dense structures, which are particularly suited to work under pressure. Our range of presses is capable of producing parts with different sizes. With continuous investment in machineries and technology, we are able to manufacture parts that meet our customer's demand and specific needs. Based on customer's requirements, our secondary operations workshop provides heat treatment, drilling, tapping, milling, painting, plating and other finishing and assembly services.
