Mavani Group, founded in 1971, is a leading manufacturer of synthetic / specialty lubricants. These lubricants are manufactured at their oil blending and grease manufacturing units. These plants are equipped with quality control laboratory and aerosol filling lines and are handled by qualified technicians.
The company is managed by a family of technocrats having a long experience in the field of chemistry and engineering. The company is headed by Dr. C. K. Mavani, a doctorate with more than 45 years of industrial experience in organic chemistry and Mr. N. C. Mavani having 25 years of experience in application and development of specialty chemicals and lubricants to various Industries.

Mavani Group has widened its scope for further development by undertaking inhouse research and has hence been successful in developing a fully formulated Synthetic Knitting oil specially designed for the lubrication of high speed knitting machines to provide long life and extremely low friction performance and insrease productivity which is approved and/or recommended by MAYER, TERROT, FUKUHARA and other major Knitting Machinery Manufacturers.The group accords high priority to developing environmental friendly lubricants and is currently replacing all CFC based aerosol formulations with a new, pollution free propellant.

Keeping an eye on the recent economic liberalization undertaken by the government of India, the group has established a new trading division under the name of Mavani Aerolubes Pvt. Ltd. (MAPL) for import and export of their products directly to the distributors and equipment manufacturers.

Mavani group has also started a Petrolabs division offering its laboratory services for public testing which has helped the Mavani Group to live upto the expectation of customers with regards to quality and service of their products, and has helped in increasing the customer base.

PRODUCTS RANGE CVC Knitlube :- The new generation synthetic oil, which is revolutionizing the knitting industry in India for the last four to five years is approved and recommended by Mayer, Terrot, Fukuhara and many other major knitting machinery manufacturers. Chemax Wax Rolls :- The Wax Rolls are formulated with high quality super - refined paraffin and similar waxes, oils and additives to give yarns a perfectly uniform wax coating. The wax coating provides uniform tension, prevents fly or lint formation, reduces yarn friction considerably during operation providing needles a longer life. Knitkleen Spray :- FOR SEWING AND KNITTING MACHINES - A highly quality synthetic lubricant which cleans, penetrates and protects all delicate machinery and parts which are in motion in a knitting machine. It is a non - staining, antistatic, non-freezing lubricant which lasts for a long time and is ideally suitable for lubrication of profile/groove of butt and latch of a needle. Synol PSR-300 :- HIGH SPEED SEMIFLUID GREASE - It is a synthetic based semi-fluid grease with special chemical additives for rust protection and corrosion resistance. Synol GL-100 :- SEMI-SYNTHETIC GEAR OIL - It is a specially formulated gear oil with anti - foaming agents and friction modifiers to facilitate high performance, longer life and savings in energy. Synol HL- 46 :- MULTIFUNCTIONAL OIL - It is a semi - synthetic high performance lubricating oil fortified with anti-corrosive anti-oxidant and EP additives apart from specially formulated friction modifiers making it suitable for versatile functions.
