LANCER LASER TECH PVT. LTD. Started by installing the CNC Laser Cutting Machine first in Gujarat. Incepted in 1999, our sheer indulgence in the requirements of the customer, made us to became the total Fabrication Solution Provider. We expanded our facilities by installing the Turret Punch Press, Bending Machine and the Welding Machine.

Manufacturing and Fabrication with High tech Machineries like : CNC Laser Cutting machine CNC Turret Punch Press NC Hydraulic Press Brake CNC Laser Cutting machine : The CNC Laser Cutting Technology can be applied to cut any complicated bigger or smaller industrial parts from sheet metal (upto 6 MM thickness SS/MS) with smooth finish and accuracy with maximum size of 1500mm X 3000mm with the accuracy of 100 microns. CNC Turret : The CNC Turret Punch Press gives remarkable productivity for the components having many perforations or requiring many punches. It is able to punch 3mm in M.S., 4mm in Aluminium & 1.6mm in S.S. And has vast tooling potential for the increased versatility. This means ability to produce variety of components without re-tooling. NC Hydraulic Press : The Hydraulic Press Brake can be used in the bending technology work as per the requirement of the customers. The company provides new generation solution for bending operations with cost effectiveness. It can be used to bend sheet metal components (MS/SS) of thickness upto 5mm and maximum size 3 mts. Other Equiments : WELDING MACHINE : Our Company has also got the facility of D.C. Welding using the latest ?Miller? make, Italy Welding Machine. This Gold Seal 160i Model is suitable for TIG Welding and Stick Electrode Welding for welding in the Fabrication with good finish. DRILLING MACHINE : Pillar type drilling m/c, Size: ?? X 15?, 2 nos. TAPPING MACHINE : Pneumatic tapping m/c. We deal in productions of Sheet Metal Fabrication Components, Parts Enclosures, Assemblies, Cabinets, Laser Cut Sheet Metal Components.
