CNC : We at Speed Spark are in the field of precision engineering and developing components for Import substitutes and indigenous components in the field of Tool & Die making, Textile machinery, Medical & Defence products. We have full range of inspection equipments like numerically controlled HEIGHT MASTER, digital inspection tools which are periodically calibrated in recognized government agencies. Repairing of 2500 ton Rock breaker for ACC Madukarai Mines. Insitu valve grinding of metal to metal blue matching of taper sea 250mm-200mm at NTPC Ramagundam sitet. Moulds and Dies : We are fully expertise in the field of moulding of plastic moulds, CNC Wire Cut (Charmilles), Vertical Machining Centre, Press tools, Die Castings. We have a full fledged CNC Tool room with CNC WIRE EROSION Machines (3 Numbers) and Sparking Machines (2 Numbers). We have some of our products displayed.
