Chevi Group of Companies as it atands now is having four units - three of them are trading/dealing in many primarily in the field of material handling and mechanical power transmission equipment and related iterrs. One of the units is in the manufacturing field - innumerable items related to material handling, engineering etc.

Chevi Enterprise, the flagship unit of the Group was founded in 1980 to deal in material handling equipment. Gradually its business activities expanded and took up the Dealership of one the reputed and world-renowed material handling equipment manufacturers. This firms deals in Chain Pulley Blocks, geared travelling trolleys, wire rope hoists, electric chain hoists, motorised chain pulley blocks, jib, cranes, EOT/HOT cranes, lifting tackles, wire rope and chain slings, etc. Etc.

Chevi Industries was set up in the year 1984 mainly to deal in spares of road paving equipment, industrial roller chains, link chains. Chain-sproducts are markets, gears, gearboxes, couplings, material handling tackles, tool, accessories and so on. This unit represents one of the internationally acclaimed manufacturers of industrial roller chain known for the workmanship and quality.

N.R. Industries, a unit of the Group engaged in the manufacture of several engineering items used in almost all industries. Their products are marketed by and through Chevi Enterprise and Chevi Industries. This unit also undertakes precision job work - manufacturing machinery as per customers' requirements, fabrication of engineering items.

Then the firm - N.R. Shah Associates was established. This Company represents three leading firms as their Authorised Dealers. The items handled by this unit are related to material handling - chain pully blocks, geared travelling trolleys , pulling and lifting machines, wire rope hoists, etc.Etc.

With its experience in the above activities, the Group commands leadership in the above fields and is serving a large number of industries , viz, textile, engineering, cement, fertilizers, sugar, mining, petrochemicals, construction, foods, packaging, etc. And the edible oil industry - both within and outside the State.

The Group has qualified technical, commercial and administrative personnel. After sales service, including supply of spares is provided to the clients. With adequate infrastructure such as office in the heart of Ahmedabad City, with all communication facilities and warehouses, both in the City and outside the Municipal Octroi Check - post the Group gives utmost attention to the existing and prospective customers.

Being quality conscious, customers are normally not given any opportunity to complain. It is the Group policy not to compromise on quality, come what may.
