It is promoted by Mr. Ramesh Mhatre (Chairman & Managing Director), a technocrat with experience of 35 years in Engineering industries. Sachins Impex was founded by the group to cater to the needs of the Central Air Conditioning industry.

The company manufactures products such as One Piece Diffusers, Grills, Dampers, Special Purpose machines for Central Air Conditioning Industry. The company is also in the business of manufacturing Special Purpose Press Tools & Dies, Jigs, Fixtures targetted to the Sheetmetal Industries.

The company has established itself as a Leading Manufacturer of products in Domestic & Asian Markets. The company is planning to expand it's base in the rest of the Globe.

The company is recognised as an Export House by the Government of India for achievements in Exports. The company aims to establish as an One-Stop-Shop for all kinds of products for Central Air Conditioning Industry.

Our Products :- -One Piece Diffuser -Flat Diffuser -3 Cone Diffuser -Accessories -Sheet Metal Components -Tools & Dies Presses & Other -Machinery -Electrical Components -Grill Services :- Tool Room :- Tool Room is equiped with modern machinery & facilities to manufacture high quality Press Tools. The machinery includes State-of-Art CNC Wirecut EDMs, NC Milling Machines, Boring Machines etc. Tool Room is manned by a highly skilled workforce & is supervised by qualified & experienced engineers. All processes, from designing to manufacturing & testing are closely monitored to achieve high accuracy & accurate line-up in Dies. This ensures long life of the Press Tool & precision in the manufactured components. Press Shop :- The press shop has machinery which includes High Speed Power Presses, Hydraulic, Mechanical & Pneumatic Presses ranging from 10 to 250 Tonnes Quality Assurance & Control :- Starting from the raw material till the finished goods, the quality of the products is assured by a full-fledged Quality Control Department. To achieve this, the company has established Quality Management System and procedures which are strictly adhered. The company is Self Certified Vendor for Multinationals like Siemens ltd. & Larsen & Toubro Ltd. And holds the VQR (Vendor Quality Ratio) above 98%. The Company systems are in line with ISO-9000 procedures. Packing :- Manufactured products are packed in strong wooden crates for container stuffing using latest Technology to ensure safe shipments. The packing procedures are approved by accredation firms like SGS.
