Sunita Engineering Corporation (SEC) situated in Ambad Industrial Area at Nasik, Maharashtra and spread over 35, 000 sq. Ft. Area is the result of 15 years of efforts in motion control technology. SEC started in 1988 with manufacturing of Pen Plotters, a product used in CAD industry for making large format drawings on paper and currently 500 of such plotters are working in the industry.

SEC crossed yet another milestone in 1995 by introducing 3-dimentional CNC Milling / Engraving machine. And again, this was a first ever indigenously manufactured product in its category with built-in, dedicated 3D CNC Controller. Continuous efforts to match with the industry requirements saw many improvements in the product. Amongst many, one major improvement was new, faster FX-series machines with 40 MIPS (Million Instructions per second) controller with parameterized LCD display and addition of 4th (rotary) axis alongwith servo-driven 3-axis / 4-axis machines for high-end applications which demand tighter tolerances and higher resolutions (0.005 mm).

These machines are available in various configurations to suit to your particular requirements and used in variety of industries for making spark-erosion electrodes, biscuit rollers, punch dies, vacuum forming, soap dies, shoe-soles, watch-cases, jewellery, rubber stereos, PVC labels, coining dies, embossing dies, sign making, gift articles, mementoes, inlays, forging dies, wooden and CI patterns to mention a few.

Knowledge is wealth and it increases with sharing. After catering to more than 30 different industries in last 8 years with installation base of more than 150 machines spread all over India, SEC has so much to share with their customers, that they have a separate and full fledged Training and Demonstration Centre in their factory which has their latest machines alongwith full-fledged CAD/CAM software, 3D digitiser, not to mention about experienced training staff and more than 300 samples from various industries. Their customers make use of this unique facility to train themselves or to upgrade their existing knowledge FREE OF CHARGE.
