Pictured above, is our advanced Dust Free Speed Mixing System for offshore drilling fluid mixing and management. The LOBESTAR? SHEAR MIXER is a combination of two major components that are essential in providing rapid hydration, uniform dispersion and fast delivery. The installation shown is a versatile mud mixing system based on our high capacity dual suction shear mixer capable of mixing:

Barite at; 1050 GPM, 2, 200 LBS/MIN, 66 TONS/HR
Bentonite at; 840 GPM, 700 LBS/MIN, 21 TONS/HR
Lime at; 810 GPM, 735 LBS/MIN, 22 TONS/HR
Fly Ash at; 918 GPM, 687 LBS/MIN, 20 TONS/HR
