Management Team:
Mike Stefkovich - President
Mike has gained a reputation as a leader in the remarketing of repossessed and off lease office automation equipment. Mike was previously Founder and President of DCW International and a member of the Equipment Leasing Associations Asset Management Committee for the last five years. In 1999 DCW International was acquired by TechSmart.Com where he assumed the role of SVP of Sales and Marketing. Mike has spent the last 15 years serving the dealer and leasing community while constantly striving to set the standards for representing repossessed and office lease equipment accurately and systematically, providing clients an unparalleled level of information and confidence. Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.

Tom Prince - Senior Vice President of Sales
Tom brings 20 years of operations & sales experience to the management team of Digital Source 360. Tom gained 12 years of equipment remarketing and customer service experience where he directed the asset management functions for AT&T Capital/CIT. Responsibilities included managing the international remarketing efforts as well as Customer Service Center. Most recently, Tom was the VP of operations for Patriot Commercial leasing.

Douglas R. White - Vice President of Finance
Doug joined Digital Source 360, LLC as the Vice President of Finance on March 18, 2003. Doug brings over 25 years of financial and management experience to the management team at Digital Source 360. Prior to joining Digital Source 360 Doug was Controller of Foamex Corporation's North Carolina divisions, before that he served as the CFO for the North Carolina divisions of Griffiths Corporation. Doug earned his bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.

Fred Gutierrez - Director of Operations

Fred joined Digital Source 360 in August 2003 and brings over 20 years experience in electronics and operations. Prior to joining the Digital Source 360 team Fred was the New Jersey facility manager for TechSmart where he managed service and warehousing operations. As Service Manager of DCW International for 12 years Fred was instrumental in developing the standards and training necessary to accurately audit all makes and models of office automation product. Fred earned his Canon certified training from MCS Canon and his Ricoh certified training from Ricoh USA.
