Products :
Manufacturers And Exporters of customised machinery for the rubber, tile and polymer and plastic industry. Internal Mixers : Internal Mixers with 40, 70, 80, 240, 370 liters capacities with Linear Acutator, Drilled sides, Stellite Welded Rotors, Discharge Drop Door including all the latest modern features. Mixing Mills : Ils including 16" x 42", 22" x 60", 26"x 84" and 30" x 100" sizes with cracker Roll / Plain, Bull gear and pinion/Direct drive combinations, Vibramount features and accessories blender roll and air operated multknives. Mills are supplied with either iron ferrous bush bearings and also with motorised nip adjustment. Extruders : There are hotfeed, coldfeed and dump extruders. Hotfeed extruders are Available in 4.5", 6", 8", 10" sizes with die heads, motor and controls and coldfeed extruders are available in 90mm, 150mm, 200mm with Die Head, Motor and Contols with foreign collaboration. Calenders : Calenders with varying features and number of rolls, designes to serve applications like firctioning of fabrics. Single of double coating of fabrics, sheet production with simultaneous doubling, production of conveyor belt carcasses, sheet production with simultaneous coating of steel cord for conveyor belting, under internal mixer as Roller Die Calendar etc. Peripheral Equipments and Spares : * Batch off * Hydraulic Systems * Lube Oil Feed Systems * Stock Blenders for Mills. Core Competencies : Manufacture of New Machinery :- The Company manufactures the entire range of the basic compounding machinery for the rubber, tire and plastics / polymer industry. The company's product range includes Internal Mixers (tangential / intermeshing type, in sizes upto 370 lit, capacity), Mixing Mills upto 30" dia x 100" face, Hot and Cold Feed Extruders and Calendars in varying configuration and sizes. In addition, the manufacturing range covers complete line equipments for process, extruders, calendars and mixers (batch off machine), etc. Peripheral Machinery, Spares & Ancillary parts :- The manufacture of spares and ancillary parts forms an integral part of the company's manufacturing capacities. The quality solutions which the company offers has prompted even overseas companies to turn to Bainite for their requirements. Today, the company supplies a range of spares to match existing equipments, in addition to a line up of ancillary units like cooling drum assembly, heating drum assembly, tension stands, stock blender units for mills and various special purpose machines. Bainite also manufactures plugless rotors with special collapsible core and with configuration of two wing or four wing, in graded low carbon or alloy steel compositions. Rconditioning / Rebuilding & Repair Services :- The Company offers a spectrum of rebuilding / reconditioning services to clients who wish to rebuild their machinery after a fixed period or after the conclusion of the specified number of clearances. While rebuilding and upgrading such machine, the company conducts a close scrutiny of existing design characteristics.
