Insisting upon the idea of [Unusual thinking, Against tradition] EUMA-SPINNER Corporation, a joint venture between Germany and Taiwan has developed and offered superior CNC machining centers for the last 20 years. In August 1986, Founder Mr. Justin Lin took the leadership to establish Maxrich Corporation, which ran its core business as an agent for world renowned machine tool manufactures and CAD/CAM/CAE professional design software. The venture turned out to be a great success and has laid strong foundation for future worldwide business expansion. In January 1995, the EUMA Group and its Machine Tool Sales Department have formally established. Technology from SPINNER Germany has thus been introduced to manufacture range of CNC machine tools such as Column traverse type vertical machining center (ME series), EH Horizontal machining center, EV MVC Vertical machining center. Sole investment EUMA-SPINNER(NANJING) CORPORATION has been established in mainland China October 1996. The new company is professionally marketing EUMA CNC Machine tools and CAD/CAM/CAE Systems with its special show ground and complete training and service facilities.

In order to satisfy the demands from the customers and serve them well, EUMA Group strengthens its production and management efficiency by employing TQM management activities. The company created its new business hallmark after it has achieved ISO international quality standard certification. In 1997, EUMA products has met CE Safety Standards certified by AMTRI VERITAS in England, which was followed by EMC Certification in May 1999 and ISO9002 certified by the well-known TUV in Germany. Equipped with advanced computers, EUMA Research and Development Dept. Has formed to generate technological innovations and enhance product quality. The whole managing team embraces active brain-storms to search for new ideas and use CAD/CAM/CAE computer auxiliary designing software to create high quality machine tools products that can be confidently compete with their German and Japanese peers. Also thorough discussions with clients to make necessary design revisions for maximum customer satisfaction.

Adhere to ISO quality standards and strict engineering process, all the production raw materials must be full examined by Quality Control Dept. To meet EUMA material quality control standards and shorten general assembly time for 100% finished product quality. Real production test and warm-up are carried out for assembled products. During the rigid tapping test for example, special attention has been put upon synchronism and stability for zero defects. Repeated tests of straightness, inertia, spindle bias, reliable calibration system laser test, ball bar circle to furnish customers with accurate product test report and match their requirements
EUMA Group has vast sales network in the industrially advanced countries. In European market, for instance, there are EUMA sales offices in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, U.K., Sweden, Holland and Spain. Good comments are received from many agents and customers there. In order to establish our own brand and introduce it worldwide, we start to set new factories and sales points in Mainland China with the good marketing polices to promote and spread “EUMA” machines successfully over twenty cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenyang, Xinan, Wuhan, Chongqing Guanzhou…and so on. In Asia, EUMA Group also has been representing Unisys Japan for CAD/CAM/CAE systems and ARGO Japan for “CLIKS” CAM system which supports high quality mold processing. They are so popular with plastic mold design and manufacturing industries.
