Products: -Transfer Fingers Custom transfer tooling is created from a catalog of standard, modular components, which minimizes design time. The multi-axis tool is fixed in position with clamps and fitted shovels or grippers to hold the part. Syron's Quick change Rail Receivers mount to the feed bar of the press and provide secure mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic connections to the transfer tooling. The snap-in, play-free design offers excellent side loading capacity, reducing the required number of receivers per station. -Double Blank Analyzer Systems The Double Blank Analyzer is a comparator which measures material thickness against preset reference values. This analyzer is used in sheet metal processes such as blank destackers, feeders, conveyors. It is also used in detecting hidden metal parts in assembly operations and for parts sorting.The Double Blank Analyzer is housed in a compact, oil-tight enclosure. The front panel contains an easy to use 8-position keypad and a backlit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). Thickness sensors are connected to the unit by industrial quality cables and plugs. -End-of-Arm Tooling End-of-Arm Tooling is created from a catalog of standard, modular components, which minimizes design time. The End-of-Arm Tool consists of a main spine and branches that can be fitted with suction cups or grippers to hold the part. The Z-LOCK Coupling Device connects End-of-Arm Tooling electrically, pneumatically, and mechanically to automation equipment and robots and can also incorporate I.D. Coding. -Syron Crossbar Tooling The Syron patented crossbar is a light-weight aluminum extrusion with a 2.5" diameter. Air and open channels are incorporated into the extrusion, so that hosing and electrical wiring can be tucked out of harms way. This system is more cost effective than carbon fiber The air and electrical connections automatically connect when loaded into the Syron patented Rail Receiver. This is a extremely rigid coupling device for high production needs and is mechanically coded to insure proper crossbar location -Syron Modular Tooling includes: Extensive choice of Syro-link tooling Syron Branches Vacuum components Vacuum cups Venturis Modular accessories Sensors -Syron Tooling for Schuler Crossbar Syrons patented saddles are designed with intergrated quick disconnect air and electrical connections that engage automatically for easy loading and unloading. Our side-centered two position handle locks the saddle into place. Combined, this is a low profile system for increased speed and productivity. The saddle consist of a tubular frame which is extremely rigid, light-weight, and is of Modular construction. Making for easy changeover compatibility, and storage by a single operator. -Syron Modular Tooling includes: Extensive choice of Syro-link tooling Syron Branches Vacuum components Vacuum cups Venturis Modular accessories Sensors -Key Elements that put Syron on the Leading Edge of Technology .Steel-faced Sensors .Syro-Links -Syron Steel Faced Sensors The rugged and impact resistant Syron Steel-Faced Sensors are especially suited for installation in metal handling apparatus, such as, welding equipment, conveyor belts, feeders, ejection shoots, and most applications of the metal forming industry.
