Ansol Solder Wire To keep pace with rapid technological development in the electronic and electrical field PREMIER INDUSTRIES manufactures the ANSOL Resin Core solder Wire and sticks with high grade pure and virgin materials, rigid Analytical quality control procedure being exercised on every cast. Highly skilled technicians and engineers specialised in the field, properly check the material to ensure the quality and reliability of the resin core solder wire to meet world standard like ISS, JIS, BSS, DIN, & ASTM Low Solid, No Clean Fluxes It is halogen-free, low solid solvent system designed for wave soldering, conventional and surface mount circuit board assemblies. It can be applied by foaming, spraying, dipping or brushing. The low solids content and the properties of activators system of the fluxes require no cleaning after soldering. The non-corrosive and non-conductive residues of the flux usually have high insulation resistance. Ansol Soldering Paste Flux It is blend of water white rosin, surfactants and activators especially formulated for assembling printed circuits and other components. It can be applied to the areas to be soldered by any convenient method. Ansol RB-10 Solvent ANSOL RB-10 SOLVENT is very fast acting solvent. Its low boiling point helps it in drying very quickly and makes it ideally suitable for use in vapour degreasing systems. It is very versatile solvent and finds immense applications wherever cleaning/ degreasing is required to be done. It does not damage the green masking Ink on PCB. It is ideally suited for removal of rasin based fluxes from PCB's after Soldering. Ansol Water Soluble Flux It is a water-soluble organic activated flux. It is especially adaptable for the foam fluxing, however it can also be applied by dipping or brushing. It is used where inorganic fluxes are not corrosive to use and rosin fluxes are too inactive for the application. It is essential that the flux residues be completely and adequately removed Ansol-DESOLDERING WIK ANSOL-WIK represent the most modern solution to the age old problem of DESOLDERING components (for tracing and correcting soldering faults, making design changes in the assembled P.C. Boards and salvages valuable components from the rejected assemblies. Etc.) Rosin Activated Flux It is a liquid solution containing water white rosin blended solvent system with activators. It is especially formulated for foam fluxing, however it can also be applied by dipping, brushing or spraying. Ansol Aluminium Soldering Flux It is entirely non-chloride organic flux. It aids wetting, thereby making all the alloys easier to solder. In some Instance even eliminate the need of pre solder cleaning. It remove the tough oxide film on the aluminum, shield the bare metal from contact with the air and oxidation, and promote base metal wetting and solder flow.
