Our Services and Products are as follows -Quality Tool, Die and Engineering Services Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction allows Superior Engineering Company to be the resource in much of the United States for Tool, Die and Engineering Services. This commitment begins with our job tracking system, internal control procedures and a complete CAD drafting department with integrated system software capabilities. Quality continues with departments larger than entire tooling companies, rigid inspection procedures, industry leading technology and just-in-time delivery. To build good tooling, you need good equipment. Our 20 tool makers and designers have onsite access to Sodick wire EDMs, and Kiwa, Fadal, Okuma Howa, and Supermax CNC mills along with a Trax TRL CNC lathe.. -Quality Special Machine Building Superior Engineering has been engineering, designing and building automation machinery for over 30 years. Most of the machines that Superior Engineering has built in the past are used in the metal working industry which includes appliance, computers, snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATV's, air conditioning, electrical enclosures, outdoor grills, microwave ovens, freezers, fitness equipment, etc. Common Types of Special Machines Drilling Tapping Milling Sawing Grinding Bending / Wing Bending Forming Coping Notching Punching Nail Piercing Loading / Unloading Stacking Transferring Straightening -Quality Stamping Service Investment in people, equipment, technology, and process controls ensures the capacity, precision, quality, and turnaround you demand in a stamping company. Superior Engineering Company's aggressive approach has outdistanced the smaller shops that frustrate you and has provided you with "one-stop-shop" capabilities. We can provide the stamping you need in addition to necessary tooling, secondary operations, job tracking systems and just-in-time delivery. Our stamping is done on the best press equipment there is: Warco, Minster, Havir, and Bliss. Our punch press capabilities range from one ton with a bed size of 7" x 12" to 300 tons at 52" x 102". We commonly work with product materials from 0.005" to 0.250" thick and can make products from the size of a dime to that of large appliance shells, all within our 30, 000-square-feet of facilities. -Quality Robotic Welding and Tube Bending Superior Engineering is now able to provide your company with in-house tooling, metal stamping, robotic welding and tube bending. Superior Engineering is the perfect place for your precision weldments. From simple to complicated multi-piece weldments, Superior Engineering has the capabilities to manufacture close tolerance welded assemblies.
