Geotec Diamond Drilling Equipment Inc. is a main manufacturer of high quality metal bond diamond tools that are used primarily by the mineral exploration and the geotechnical survey industries. Geotec also provides diamond drilling equipments to the drilling and mining exploration sectors.

We are Manufacturer & Exporter of high quality metal bond diamond tools. Our Products are -Diamond Impregnated Bit :- Diamond impregnated bits are the most commonly useful in the mineral exploration industry as they have the widest range of application. The carefully selected grades of high quality synthetic diamonds are distributed in the depth of impregnated bit's matrix series. The matrix layer of the crown contains a uniform distribution of these crystal that are embedded in a powdered metal bond. We designed to hold overall drilling costs to a minimum, fast penetration rates and long life for drilling any formation rock. -Diamond Surface Set Bit :- The surface-set diamond bits are set with a singular layer of natural diamond utilizing a hard matrix compound on the face of the bit. The diamond set design ensures sufficient overlap to prevent premature wear of the matrix. Surface set bits achieve maximum results when used for drilling in soft to medium hard formations. It is a recognized practice to use larger set diamonds in the softer formations. -Diamond PDC Bit :- PDC bit is developed in a significant advanced technology of diamond drilling. The disc shaped polycrystalline diamond pads, or cutters, are set strategically in rows on the bit face. These cutters consist of a layer of polycrystalline diamond on a tungsten carbide substrate and it allows the bits to drill through formations which are too soft or too sticky for conventional diamond drill bits. The PDC bits are designed for vertical, slant or horizontal drilling and can be used for either non core, side track or recovery purposes. PDC Core Bits :- Core bits incorporating Polycrystalline Diamond Cutters can be very cost effective and very productive in certain formations. They are ideal for use on high powered drills at relatively low rotation speeds. Remarkable results have been obtained both in bit life and penetration compared with surface set bits. PDC Drill Bits :- A wide range of full-hole drill bits with polycrystalline diamond cutters (PDC) are available for numerous applications in mining, civil engineering and the oil and gas industries. PDC drill bits rapidly produce a large volume of cuttings, and drilllers need to ensure that flush volumes are high enough to keep the bit face really clean and cool. Because bit design is greatly dependent on the particular application, we recommend that potential customers contact us for special technical advice when selecting PDC bits. -Diamond Reaming Shell :- Reaming shell is set with natural or synthetic diamond, and it is used to couple the drill bit with the core barrel. Its main function is to ream the hole to the correct constant specific diameter which ensures adequate clearance for the core barrel and sufficient clearance for the new bit which replaces an old one. It also acts as a stabilizer for drill bit. We also can produce long reaming shells, They are suitable to use in all formation conditions ranging from broken and abrasive to consolidated and non-abrasive. As this kind of reaming shell is physically longer than the standard type, it is necessary to use an appropriate inner tube extension in order to compensate for the difference in overall reaming shell length. We have wet cut drilling core bit and dry cut drilling core bit .They drill the granite and marble slabs very fast. -Synthetic Diamond :- The synthetic diamond is manufactured by element "C" (graphite) at the high temperature and high pressure.
