Multicolumn Water Distillation Plant It is designed to produce sterile, pyrogen free distilled water conforming to I.P./B.P./USP & LAL test specifications with conductivity of 0.2 - 0.3 microsemens/cm? suitable for the use in preparation of injections, I.V. Fluids, etc. The still is manufactured under stringent conditions to conform to GMP standards. It works on interstage heat exchange principle & thus saving 70 % energy compared to conventional stills. Provided with an electronic/PLC based fully automatic panel board, it is available in various output capacities from 50 ltrs/hr to 1000 ltrs/hr. Horizontal Plate Filter Press (Sparkler Type) Plate Filter Press is suitable for filtration of a wide variety of liquids for the pharmaceutical, chemical, distillery, beverage, ink, oil and allied industries. Available in 8", 14", 18" sizes for different output capacities. It comes with various pumps viz. Centrifugal, lobe, gear, etc. To suit individual requirements. Optionally available with steam jacket for heating / cooling. Manufactured as per GMP. Vibratory Sifters The sifter is highly suitable for the gradation and separation of powders, granules, etc. It is provided with a vibratory motor with eccentric loads, a screen of suitable mesh, quick closing & opening clamps, etc. Unit is mounted on sturdy SS framework as per GMP. Various models available to suit different output capacities. Multi decks options are also available. Also available ' Flow Through ' shifters with side mountedmotors for continious operation.
