Our products include: Oxide bonded, Nitride bonded, Clay bonded and other kinds of SiC Kiln tools. We now produce kiln plank, kiln support, bricks etc. with diversified specifications. Also we can produce according to customers?? specific requirements. The annual output is over 1,000 Metric Tons. With good quality and competitive price, our kiln tools have been sold to overseas markets such as Japan, American, Southeast Asia, etc. and welcomed by our customers. - Silicon Micro :- Silicon micro-powder is a filling material, neutral and inorganic, of tiny and uniform particles. It can blend with various types of epoxide resin. It has good infiltrating and absorbing properties and there never appears phenomenon of amassing. With silicon micro-powder added into the ingredient, the exothermal peak may be lowered in the reaction of solidified epikote. The solidification retraction rate and inner stress may also be lowered so that cracking can be effectively avoided in the solidification. With silicon micro-powder added, products can raise its hardness and heat conductivity coefficient, thus the cost is to be lowered. With tiny particles, small specific surface area, extinguished suspension property and no stratification, silicon micro-powder can effectively solidify the quality of castings. With its high purification, stability and excellent electrical insulation property, the micro-powder is particularly suitable as the filling material of insulation castings. - Green SiC Micro-powder :- Green SiC is an extremely hard man made mineral made from silicon sand and coke. The micro-powder made of pure Green SiC has many good properties as an important industry material. It is widely used in many complex bonded shapes for super refractory purposes, and is also ideal for a wide variety of abrasive applications.
