Manufacturer and Export of - Flake ice makers, tube ice makers, water chiller & allied products. ? Flake Ice Makers- Specifications ? Star Tube Ice Maker - Technical Characteristics: These ice machines work with R-717 (Ammonia) as well as R-22 (Freon) on Thermosyphon Refrigeration Technology: The ice is produced inside steel tubes with great water circulation What allows obtaining of crystalline ice in Tube with diameter, which will be 20mm, 25mm or 32mm and approximate length of 25/32mm. This ice is produced and expelled automatically by the machine every 15 to 20 minutes. The Star Tube ice machine can also be supplied mounted on a base frame, with proper insulation. They also posses electric board, cyclic timer with set of valves for hot gas on entry & motor for ice cutter. ? Water cooled ammonia reciprocating packaged water chiller / coolers Cooler (Chiller) : We offer special designed Vertical shell & tube cooler. Which require less floor area for installation. Stainless tubes used as standard but C.S. Tubes also offered Compressor : Customer choice for compressor is available for choosing from brands such as BITZER, SABROE, KIROLOSAKAR, INDO TECHNO FRIGO OR ANY REPUTED MAKE. Motor : TEFC OR Open Air Cooled Motors of brands approved by customers are selected Electrical Control Panel : Automatic starters, MCCB of reputed make panel is factory wired and tested.
