Established in 1983 by Mr. Vijay Kumar Maini with the support of a team of experienced professionals the company has established itself as a major manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Compressors in India. Our company is involved in the research and development of modern solutions for sophisticated refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Operating with a staff of around 50 people and spread over an area of 20000 sq feet SEA-BIRD has always worked hard to create superior compressors. OPEN TYPE COMPRESSORS- This model series of open type compressor and variable speed compressor has been provided successful over decades all over the world. By a continuous development and the use of high-quality materials it sets up - now as ever - the international quality standard. ? High efficient, robust and wear resistant drive gear. ? Reduced friction aluminium pistons. ? Exchangeable bearing bushes. ? Safe oil supply splash lubrication. ? Hard chrome plated piston rings. ? Special piston pin bearings ? HIGH SPEED COMPRESSOR- This model series of high speed compressor has been further developed from the proven two, four and six cylinder series after extensive research. High Speed Industrial Compressor : Suitable for coupling and belt drive. The flange on the drive shaft side enables the irect fitting of the motor by means of a coupling housing (accessory). Lightweight design and careful balancing of the moving mechanical parts ensure a minimum of vibration and running noise. Crankshaft withspecial surface finish optimized aluminium piston shape and chromium plated piston rings guarantee low frictional losses and long service life. Highly efficient, extremely robust valve plate design as the result of a newly developed valve (Sandvik-Sweden) construction being equipped with components proven over many years. Pressure oil lubrication by means of reversible gear pump. Special oil return system to ensure extremely low oil migration. Shaft seal cooled by a pressurized oil stream and also by the suction gas flow resulting in excellent stability and insignificant thermal load, replaceable without dismounting the compressor. Easy maintance due to good accessibility, no special tools needed. They work by having the compressed mass flow enter into a larger separator chamber, which lowers the velocity. The atomized oil droplets collect on the impingement screen surface. As the oil droplets agglomerate, they fall to the bottom of the separator oil reservoir. The 600 series is designed for OEM applications where accessibility of the 500 series is not required. ACCESSORIES Suction Line Accumulators Suction line accumulators are installed on refrigeration systems to prevent refrigerant liquid return down to suction line to idled compressors. These systems include the following: ? systems with high temperature differences (discontinuous operation) ? remote systems with long lines ? systems with low evaporator load ? reversing cycle systems : heat pump and defrost applications AMMONIA VALVE FITTINGS GLOBE VALVE/ ANGLE VAlVES GLOBE VALVES/ANGLE VALVES are available in flanged and screwed types and in sizes from ?" to 12". Globe valve permits to flow in the same direction whereas angle valve-Changes the flow of direction from horizontal to vertical and vice versa. The use of elbows & bends is thus eliminated. CHECK VALVES CHECK VALVES is available only in flanged type and in sizes from 1" to 8". They are built for horizontal work and are of piston type. The check valve is noiseless and efficient in allowing flow in one direction only. STAINER VALVE STRAINER VALVES are available in flanged and screwed types and in sizes from ?" to 4". These are fitted with fine wire mesh cloth of stainless steel so that no foreign matter of dust can enter the system. GAUGE VALVES GAUGE VALVES are available in screwed type only and in ?" size which show level of the liquid line through a special glass tube and are used in pairs. TEE VALVES TEE VALVES are available only in screwed types and in sizes from ?" to 1". Large size can also be supplied on special order. It flows in two directions in angular form. DUAL SAFETY VALVES DUAL SAFETY VALVES DUAL SAFETY VALVES MANIFOLD are available in screwed type and in ?" size only on which two safety valves are installed and you can keep both the safety valves operative or can cut off any valve as desired by you, which makes the system more safe. In any case you cannot cut off both the valves simultaneously which will always ensure safety of your plant. SAFETY VALVES SAFETY VALVES are available in screwed type and in sizes from ?" & ?". The safety valve is made of high grade material and built with great precision and are normally set at 250 pounds per square inch pressure higher or lower rating can be set on request. FLOAT VALVES FLOAT VALVES are available in screwed type and in sizes from ?", ?" & 1". It controls the level of liquid or gas.
