Split Type Aircons In split type the cab Aircon system is divided into two or three sub assemblies, which are mounted in different locations in and outside the cabin. I. Evaporator: Evaporator units consisting of mainly coil, blowers and controls come in different models and sizes suitable for mounting Under the dashboard Under the co-operator?s seat On the rear wall and On the rooftop. II. Condenser: Condenser units consisting of mainly copper tubbed aluminum finnede coil with frame assembly and with or without condenser fan assembly come in different sizes and models suitable for mounting In front of the Vehicle Radiator using Radiator fan for condensation. On the rooftop or any flat surface outside the cabin with condensor fan assembly for condensation. III. Refrigerant Compressor: Refrigerant Compressor fitted on a special bracket with or without electric motor with belt drive comes in different sizes and models suitable for mounting On the Engine with belt drive from the main shaft. On the rooftop or flat surface outside the cabin in electrically operated vehicles with electric motor for belt drive. Integral Type Aircons In this type the evaporator, condenser and motor driven refrigerant compressor are all assembled in a single enclosure suitable for driven mounting on rooftop of electrically operated vehicles/equipments. Different sizes are available for different cooling capacities.
