We introduce ourselves as a leading Manufacturer, Suppliers & Exporter of Mini Oil Mill Plants, Oil Expellers and Agricultural Equipments like Paddy Thresher, Groundnut Decorticators etc. Our company was established in 1961 and has supplied numbers of machineries in Central and South Indian States. Since then, we are the pioneers in developing mini oil expeller specialization in steel body expeller. We also manufacture the allied machines require for setting up on oil mill such as filter press, steam ketly, boiler & decorticators for groundnut seed. From 1997, we are inclined to extend our business direction and work force at full strength.

All our products are trial and tested by our trained technicians before dispatching the machines to our customers, hence sturdy having long life and less maintenance. Our machines are running on complete bearing system (no bushes) with heavy-duty ball and taper roller bearings. The moving parts are tempered properly to reduce wear and tear by friction, ensuring long and smooth working.

Products :
We are Manufacturer, Suppliers & Exporter of Mini Oil Mill Plants, Oil Expellers and Agricultural Equipments like Paddy Thresher, Groundnut Decorticators etc. 1.Mini Oil Expellers :- Mini Oil Expellers having 30 kgs to 300 kgs capacity and requires 5 HP to 25 HP HR motor. Silent Features -Bed - Complete M.S. channel sturdy frame bed with rails for motor. These ensure complete mobility. No foundation required if expeller is run directly with motor. Cost of foundation work & rail for motor is saved. -Steel Body - Completely leak proof sturdy steel body in single piece can be expected to be ever lasting yet easy to open with oil bath arrangement. -Bearings - Total 12 nos. of Genuine & Standard Ball and Taper Roller Bearings are fitted in the Expeller for smooth operation. Bearings get automatically lubricated while in operation with movements of gears. -Gears - Main Gear & pinion are helical cut and tempered to perfect hardening. Long life of grease. This results in smooth and noiseless working of the machines. -Gear Box - Gear Box is fitted on the top of the body and not sideways. 2.Groundnut Decorticators :- This power operated machine is used for shelling groundnut into husks and kernels then the husks and kernels are separated by blowers. The machine is easy to handle and simple to operate. The breakage of seeds is controlled form 2 to 5%. This machine is suitable for medium is easy to handle and simple to operate. 3.Steam Boilers :- Steam Boilers are specially made for small oil mills, which are using expellers, and for other small scale industries which require steam for process work. It serves economically and efficiently to the small quantity steam users whose requirements are limited to a maximum of about 100 lbs steam per hour. The boiler is built from M. S. plate and special boiler tubes for a working pressure of 75 lbs per sq. inch. All the boilers will be supplid with complete set of mountings and fittings. 4.Multipurpose Pulveriser :- This Pulveriser is specially designed for wet & dry grinding of all types of materials such as Wet Dal, Rice, Chutney. Wheat Powder, Besan and Herbs etc are also easily powdered to the required mesh. The machine consists of high speed swinging hammers, which are hardened and tampered upto the required degree. This Pulveriser has a very long life with minimum wear & tear parts. Oiling and Greasing should be done at regular intervals for smooth operation. Paddy Thresher Salient Features of Paddy Thresher Machine are: -Bed - Sturdy Frame Complete M. S. Channel 100 x 50mm. -Main Rotor - Cylinder consists of 3 Nos. Cast Iron Heavy Rings covered with 16 - G CR sheet and fitted with 6 Nos. Heavy Cast Iron RASP BAR. RASP bars are fitted with MM Bolt, with Double Bright Nut & Spring Washer. -Main Shaft (Rotor) - Main Rotor is fitted with 2" Bright Bar shaft to ensure long life. -Grill (Concave) - Grill is made from heavy M. S. Flat 40 x 10mm. 6mm roundbar welded with 10mm Square Bar (bright) for fine thrashing. Grill can be adjusted upto 1/8" near the main Rotor or upto 2" gap to the main Rotor, with easy adjustments. -Walker Shaft (Bend) - It's made from special die. Bearing can be easily fitted or replaced without going to workshop. Walkar shaft is rested on heavy Channel to ensure long life. -Bearings - 23 Nos. of Bearings of Standard Genuine make are fitted in the Paddy Thresher. 5.Chaff Cutters :- We manufacture and export both power driven and hand driven chaff cutters. -One House Power Single Phase Motor (1440 RPM) operates the machine easily. -Mounted on steel legs & Braces, with forged feed, makes the machine easily bolted to the floor. -Width of rising mouth 81/4". -The Diameter of Fly-Wheel is 36" with V Groove. -The Worm and Gear are made from machined patterns, which makes the machine easy running and free from excessive friction. -Blades of Indian make / Electric Motor can be supplied with the machine with additional cost. -Machine is supplied with Iron Chute. Cast Iron Spanners 4" V-Belt Pully For motor shaft and cast Iron Foundation Plate for motor base. -Net Weight of machine kg. 115 (approx). -Out Put Per Hour Coverage : i) Green Fodder 10 to 11qts. ii) Dry Fodder 8 to 10 qts.
