We are Manufacturer & Traders of installation and commissioning of industrial gas generation plants, gas purification plants and pollution control equipment Our Products are - PSA Nitrogen Gas Generators :- PSA Nitrogen Gas Generators through Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology (PSA) generate high purity nitrogen directly from the air. Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) is the main stream adsorbent for PSA Nitrogen gas generators. It is a differential diffusion rate system based on the fact that the oxygen molecule is smaller than the nitrogen molecule. A special CMS adsorb oxygen gas, carbon dioxide gas, moisture and so on in compressed air in a short period of time & compressed nitrogen gas is obtained at the outlet. When the above two operations are done alternately between two absorption columns, nitrogen gas can be separated continuously from the air. Intensive research and development efforts have ensured the high purity nitrogen (99.99% N2 + Ar) gas separation directly from the air without any purification system. Further nitrogen purification is done by catalytic purification. - Membrane N2 Plant :- In these types of plants, Nitrogen gas is generated by selective permeation through membranes. The membrane technology is based on the most advanced non-cryogenic gas separation process. A membrane module consists of millions of hollow fibres, each about the size of a human hair, through which compressed air is passed. Relatively fast components of air - oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture - diffuse through the semipermeable membrane, leaving behind high purity nitrogen. The purity of nitrogen can be controlled by variation of the operating parameters. The process is continuous and practically noise-free. - Hydrogen Generation Plant :- We design, develop & install quality Hydrogen Generation Plants that will generate high purity hydrogen gas. The primary component of the SES Hydrogen Generation Module is the Vandenborre IMET cell stack. The cell stack consists of circular electrolysis cells containing electrode pairs and an advanced alkaline inorganic ion-exchange type membrane. The application of DC voltage across electrode pairs results in current flow through the electrolyte solution and the splitting of water into its basic of hydrogen and oxygen. - Gas Purification Systems :- Veecon-IPA delivers gas purification systems for Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Helium, Argon, Carbon dioxide & other gases and gas mixtures. - H2 Purification Systems :- Hydrogen purification system of 5600 m3/hr at 200 bar available from chloral kali manufacturing. - CO2 Purification Systems :- Carbon Dioxide System of 600 m3/hr at 22 bar available from ethylene oxide manufacturing. - Catalytic Incinerators :- Our catalytic incinerators are effectively used for exhaust air purification.
