Mixing ploughs driving through worm reduction gearbox coupled by standard motor. Positive lock door and water cooling arrangement are provided. "GUR" liner plates are provided in side the pan wall for non sticking the sand. Rotor fitted at particular angle to cut the sand to floppy condition. Tungsten carbide brazed ploughs are used here. Capacity: 150kg, 500kg, 750kg. 10.Sand Mixer Muller :- Strong welded construction body with efficient mulling wheels. Inner and outer scrapers used to mixe the sand and additives. 'GUR' liner par wall for non sticking sand. Mulling wheels resting on the spring loaded hinge arrangement to mulling the sand constantly. Bottom discharge door and water adding fuel are provided. Driving given by standard motor and worm reduction gear box. Capacity: 150kg, 250 kg, 500 kg, 750 kg. 11.Core Sand Mixer :- Rigid construction body with exchangeable wear plate and mixing ploughs. 'S' type mixing plough used to give the homogenous mixing the core sand and oil. Tungsten carbide brazed ploughs only used here. Driving given by standard motor and reduction gear box. Capacity : 30 kg, 50 kg, 75 kg, 100 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg. 12.Sand Drier :- Regid construction body with interchangeble tyre wheels.Inner and outer chamber having screw flights to convey the sand . Burner chamber having standard burner ,blower and oil unit.Drying chamber rotating by friction drive rollars and connected by standard gear box and motor.Sand Charging by scooping unit 100% sand drying perfomance getting this system. Capacity : 1000kg , 2000kg , 3000kg, 4000kg , 5000kg WE SPECIALISE IN MANUFACTURING BOTTOM LADLES Rotomechanical Manufacturers a comprehensive range of Geared ladles. These ladles are used for GREY CAST IRON PLANT, SG IRON PLANT AND NON-FERROUS FOUNDRIES. Rotomechanical ladles are rigid and sturdy construction and consist of shell,bail arm,gearbox,trunion arrangemnts,hook and Geared ladles are available at different types i.e. Lip pouring ladle,Tea spout ladle,Treatment ladle and Bottom pouring ladle. 13.Geared Ladle :- Grey Iron, S.G. Iron, Steel ladles are manufactured by good quality materials. Pasper bronze worm wheel and heat treated bevel gears are used in the gear box. Little efforts only required to tilt the ladle. All safety arrangements are provided to avoid the accidents. Lipspout, teaspout and bottom pouring ladles are available.
