Since its establishment in 1976, Purelec Carbon India Private Limited (Purelec) has become one of the leading carbon and graphite machining companies in India offering a wide range of high quality machined components for mechanical, electrical, electronics and refractory applications tailor-made to customers' specifications and requirements.
Founded by entrepreneurs as partnership firm initially and situated in the multi-cultural vibrant and fast-growing Union Territory of Pondicherry, PURELEC is a major supplier to leading automobile, pump, electronics and allied industries in India. This has been possible only through dedication, and hard work for more than two decades..
The company employs around 15 employees including technical and management staff. PURELEC is focused on developing and manufacturing of high quality carbon and graphite products to international quality standards.
Purelec has been a first in developing many items from release bearings to complex jigs and heating elements for its customers and is continuously developing products for new projects in the field of semiconductors and electronics.
Realising that true progress is dependant on total quality and efficiency Purelec has embarked on developing a quality system as per the guidelines of ISO 9000 Standards for manufacturing.
