Bajrang Engineering Works is an ISO 9001 certified leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of gears, gear box, gear couplings, geared motors, uj cross and clutch plates in India. The range of gears includes industrial gears, automobile gears, spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, and gear box range consists of planetary gear box, helical gear box, worm reduction gear box, shaft mounted gear box.

Since its establishment in 1957 it has constantly redefined and mastered its core competencies through innovation and hardwork. The company has been able to win the confidence and trust of its customers due to its stress on maintaining high quality and timely delivery of products.

Company is having modern plant equipped with latest machinery for Gear Cutting like CNC lathes, Millings, Gear Grinding Machines, Gear Hobbing Machine, Gear Shapers, Rack Generators, Bevel Gear Generators, Broaching Machines, Cylendrical Grinders, Internal Grinders, Surface Grinders, Slotters, Radial Drills etc.

We are Manufacturer, Traders & Exporter of gears, gear box, gear couplings, geared motors, uj cross and clutch plates in India. - Industrial Gears :- We are manufacturers and exporters of all kinds of gears for industrial and machinery applications.We are equipped with design software and testing facilities for these gears required in power transmission. - Automobile Gears :- We are manufacturers and exporters of Automobile Gears. BEW has a fully equipped plant with latest CNC Machines to manufacture Automobile Gears and Shafts for variety of vehicles. We undertake both prototype and production lots for these gears. These Gears include Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Spiral Bevel Gears, Mitre Gears, Axle Shafts, Timing Gears, Flywheel Ring Gears, Annulus Carriers, Carrier Assemblies, Spline Shafts,Chain Sprockets, Couplings, Dog Clutches, and variety Of Other Transmission Components. - Helical Gearbox :- We are manufacturers and exporters of Helical Gearbox. Helical Gear boxes for industrial applicantions are manufactured to ISO standard & recommendations. We also manufacture gearboxes as per customers' requirement and specifications and also provide designing facilities for gearbox. These Include Our Standard Range Helical Gearbox, Shaft Mounted Gearboxand Also Customised Gear Assemblies. These are highly used in transmission because they are quieter even at higher speed and are durable. Used for Screw Conveyors, Drum Conveyors and Geared Motor Drives. - Shaft Mounted Gearbox :- We are manufacturers and exporters of Shaft Mounted Gearboxes. Shaft Mounted Gear Boxes are manufactured in standards 5:1, 12.5:1 & 22:1 and also in customized ratios based on requirements. The gear box shaft dimensions are interchangeable with reputed Indian and European manufacturers. Gears from case hardened alloy steel and O/P shaft from medium carbon steel or with or without key are housed in graded C.I housing. Flange motors to IEC/CFMA frames can be accommodated as integral unit when required. - Planetary Gearbox :- We are manufacturers, and exporters of Planetary Gear Boxes. For larger reduction in compact space owing to more planets sharing the load, Planetary Gearbox are available in ratio from 3.15 to 450 in models BP-160, 250 & 315 in one or two stages, transmitting from 1 kw to 50 kw power have been added to family of quality products from BEW. - Worm Reduction Gearbox :- We are manufacturers and exporters of Worm Reduction Gearbox. Casings are made from fine graded Cast Iron. Worm are made from nickel alloy steel, case hardened and precision ground surfaces. Worm Wheels rims made from Aluminium, Bronze and Phosphorous Bronze (PB2C) casted on Graded Cast Iron hubs. The worm gears are hobbed with multi start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity. All these internals are supported on high quality Ball / Roller Bearings designed for life under Grease / oil splash lubrication. Hardened and ground worm drives are available. - Gear Couplings :- Our Range Includes GCA and GCB Size 00 To 19. We are manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Gear Couplings. Our CTA couplings range from size 32 to 450 & CTB Couplings from 530 to 820. These are manufactured with certain distinct features to impart higher bending strength to teeth. Hub teeth double crowned for increased radial & axial misalignment capacity - Geared Motors :- We are manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Geared Motors. BEW Geared Motors in I - II & III stages for ready to fit mountings options from 1.25 to 180 transmission ratios with R20 geometrical increments for power range 18 to 45 kw in U.S. 25 to U.S. 130 cast iron housings. Design rating are based on ISO / DIN Standards. These are made of high quality, closely grained Cast Iron, elegant in look, sturdy in design, all joints are machined to make the casting oil tight & dust proof. Output shaft - Made of alloy steel duly hardened & journals ground to close limits. Gears-from high quality alloy steel with modified profile for correst tooth pattern.All gears are case hardened and profile ground. - U J Cross & Clutch Plates :- We are manufacturers, wholesale suppliers and exporters of U J Cross and Clutch Plates. We supply only the best quality, heavy duty clutch components. We know that when you purchase replacement clutch components, you want them to withstand the rigors of the movement on the road. Our U J Cross and Clutch Plates are characterized by durability and performance. Clutch components can be purchased as a complete kit which includes friction plates, steel plates and heavy duty clutch springs or individually as a friction plate set or heavy duty clutch springs set.
