We provide our services in all kind of plastic materials including complete & comprehensive range of plastic welding equipments like Butt Fusion welding machinery and electric heating plates for polyethylene and polypropylene pipes. We also supply and install plastic pipes like polypropylene, PVC, HDPE, FRP, CPVC, acrylic etc. Our plastic anticorrosive lining is used prevent corrosion in factories using plastic materials like PP, PVC, HDPE, FRP, acrylic etc. We manufacture our products including tanks, basins, stirrers or any other item as per the customer specification. We also supply complete scrubbing system to prevent the air pollution in the chemical industries.

We have experienced engineers leading our highly skilled welding team. Our team has proven its strength by handling turnkey projects of HDPE pipelines of different sizes at different places. We also provide vehicles to move the men and machinery to your site. Besides welding machines, we have DG Set and necessary equipments for pressure testing.

Products :
Manufacturer of Plastic Welding Equipments. We deal in the supply and Installation of polymer piping systems and plastic fabrication jobs making polypropylene pipes, HDPE pipes, PVC Pipes, Acrylic Pipes. Plastic Welding Machinery :- We manufacture Plastic Pipe Welding Machinery in wide range of manual and pneumatically operated like Butt fusion welding equipments, electric heating plates for custom polyethylene projects that use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene pipes. Butt Fusion Welding Equipments :- Manually operated butt weld fusion machine for PE & PP pipes and fittings, which are of light weight and versatile, supplied with a sturdy metal frame shifted for easy operations. These machines are used to weld pipes, up to Dia. 160 mm and PN10. Hydraulically operated butt fusion machine is suitable to pipes of PE, PP, PVDF, and other thermoplastics materials. The compact design of the machines make it easy to use the machines in the workshop on the site or even in the trenches. Heating Plates :- Heating plates for welding of PE, PP, PVDF or any other thermoplastic material using the butt fusion welding technology. The plates are provided with thermostat or electronic controls. The long lasting and high quality anti-stick coatings gives the better quality welding. Polymer Piping Systems Industries :- The polymer pipes are used in industries like convey radio active waste and convey corrosive chemicals like acids, alkalies, brine used in industries like petrochemicals, papers, dye-stuffs, paints, rayon, and fertilizers. They are also used in cross country water management pipe lines, air conditioning & ducting, dewatering of mines, handling edible oil, fruit juices, milk and other food materials. Water Supply :- The polymer pipes are used in rural and urban areas to supply water. The pipes are highly durable and can resist tough climatic conditions. Agriculture :- The polymer pipes are used in sprinkler irrigation systems, suction and delivery of water with pump sets, lifting water from bore well, drip irrigation/lift irrigation, and spraying pesticides in grape gardens. The polymer pipes can also be used in replacement to G.I. Pipes as column pipe in submersible pumps. Plastic Fabrication :- We fabricate plastics like polysheets, HDPE, PVC, FRP, acrylic, polycarbonate polypick, nylon sheets and pipes for chemical storage tanks, manufacturer of chemical machinery, lining of vessels, pollution control equipments like scrubbers, fume hoods, exhaust fans, and ducts etc. The plastic fabrication service include plastic cutting, plastic routing, gluing, assembly, flame polishing, plastic engraving, thermoforming, drape forming, bending, buffing, sanding, and plastic welding.
