This unit is totally self contained unit for manufacturing Stainless Steel Corrugated Flexible Hose and Convoluted Hose with braiding and/or alongwith end fittings. The unit is having sophisticated precise tube mill alongwith, Inverter type TIG welding Machine, of latest generation. The production rate is controlled by PLC System alongwith Hydraulically controlled Corrugator Forming Machine, which can cater different type of dimensions & corrugation as per individual customer specification. The braiding is manufactured by sophisticated braiders, which can give a verity in Quality as per customer’s specifications.

We manufacture & Offer Stainless Steel Metallic Corrugated Flexible Hose from Size ?” NB to 8”NB in SS-304, 321, 316 & 316L with any type of mounting fittings as per customer’s specification. Our overall capacity of Plant for the Hose manufacturing 8000 Mtr. per month.

The product manufactured in our organization is 100% thorough, passed through stingent quality test viz. pneumatic testing, hydro test, specific bend radius test and life cycle test, burst test and flame test as per world renowned standard BS 6501 Part-I:1991. Therefore as an end user you can 100% bank on our quality standards, backed by proven design and always all time vigil quality assurance department.

For the inspection of welding of SS Hose Assembly we have one dye penetrant test system and 100% pneumatic & hydro test. We have full fledged technical staff for production and for the assurance of quality product with help of a full proof production process system and quality audit system. Our welders and our process in manufacturing is qualified & approved by inspection agency. We are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2000.
