We manufacture "TWIN SCREWS & BARREL SETS" both in Parallel and Conical Technology (Co-rotating/Contra-rotating versions) match-able to original specifications, production, life span and output but with distinct price advantage. Our Twin Screws and Barrel Sets are match-able to world famous Extruders i.E. Cincinnati Extruder Models CM-45, CM-55, CM-65, CM-80, CM-90 and CMT-58, CMT-68, CM-80 Sheet etc. And all models of Battenfeld, Reifenhausor, Krauss-Maffei etc.
SEGMENTED SCREWS ? all types, also lie in our product range. Matching "INJECTION MOULDING SCREW AND BARREL" are manufactured in every size and geometric configuration.
Our Screws and Barrel Sets comes with replacement warranty against all manufacturing defects. The Extrusion Screws and Barrel Sets are manufactured from EN-41B Alloy Nitriding Steel Duly Gas Nitrided to achieve the optimum production and life span. Hard Material Coating on Screws is also one of our specialty.
