We are Manufacturers for over twenty years, has made R G BRONZE an emerging undisputed leader in the field of Plain Shaft Bearings manufacturing industry. 1. Plain Shaft Bearings :- - Copper lead with Tri-metal Overlay and Nickel barrier - White Metal Micro Babbitt Bearings - Aluminium-tin Bearings 2. Bushings :- RGB manufactures high precision Bushings with Ball Indented, Diamond Indented, Graphite filled both Un-bored and Pre-finished. Bushings are made from materials equivalent to Steel Backed Leaded Bronze, Bushings for Tractors, Earthmoving Equipments & other Automotive applications Steel Backed White Metal and Steel Backed Aluminium-tin lined, Solid Bronze Bushings, Brass of size 8mm ~ 150mm OD. RGB can develop & manufacture high precision automotive bushings with Ball Indented surface and Complex Oil Grooves, as per customers' specification. Polymer Bushings like PTEF, POM, PAI, PPS, etc., are also available & as per customers' specification. 3. Thrust Washers :- RGB precision-engineered Thrust Washers and Wear Plates manufactured, generally from strip stock features less wear and longer life in a variety of high-wear applications, including heavy equipment, automotive, transmission, hydraulic pumps,etc. Wear Plates -Steel backed copper lead Alloys, White Metal Alloys, Aluminium Alloys etc. from Strip stock. -Special Material such as Phosphor Bronze, Brass of different grades, etc. are also available. 4.
