We are a Government recognized Export House in India established in 1968. Our specialization being Engineering products, we are able to offer you a vast range of engineering products manufactured using castings, forgings, sheet metal stampings, fabricated components, etc. For use in a vast range of industrial, construction, infrastructural and domestic applications.

LOVSON EXPORTS LTD., is a Group of Companies based in India, an exporter of engineering items, capable of supplying varied engineering items as per the drawings, design & full specifications of the customer. These items are being exported to different overseas customers, based mainly in Western Europe and N. America.
The exports cover different grades and range of steel forgings; steel fabricated parts, pressed components, machined items, and fasteners. Further, castings of gray iron, ductile iron, S.G iron, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, heat resistant & wear resistant steels. In the non-ferrous systems, pressure die cast, gravity die-casting or sand-cast items of aluminum, copper, brasses, bronzes, zinc alloys and others. The manufacturing facilities include the closed die steel forging shop to produce drop forgings up to around 30 kg weight, fully equipped die making unit including spark erosion and die sinking facilities, machine shop equipped with CNC turning and conventional machines, fabrication shop, hydraulic press machines, etc. Also the Company can supply Open Die Forged components such as shafts, step shafts, gear blanks, rings, large rounds, rolls, die blocks, used in a vast variety of industries.
The foundries are equipped with melting facilities of induction, arc, cupola. Besides hand Moulding facilities for bigger castings, small castings are made in machine Moulding or in shell Moulding. Non-ferrous castings are generally made in gravity or pressure die system.

The Company's has already is ISO 9001-2000 certified and has strict quality control and high standards for processing and production. And the process control & quality assurance department for adhering to the ISO-9001-2000 quality guides all personnel. The repeat orders from the buyers reflect their confidence in us.

Products :
We provide exporter of engineering items, capable of supplying varied engineering items as per the drawings, design & full specifications of the customer. These items are being exported to different overseas customers, based mainly in Western Europe and N. America. We can offer castings, in a wide range of sizes from a few grams to 10 tons. These castings will be made by different processes such as Investment castings using the Lost Wax Process, Shell Moulding, the CO2 Process as well as the conventional Green Sand process. Further, we can supply Non-Ferrous Pressure Die Cast Components in alloys of Aluminium and Zinc. Our steel forging capability includes open die and closed die forging in materials ranging from plain carbon steels to alloy steels, stainless steels, tool steels and other grades. The above components can be offered in as raw castings or forgings or further processed to proof machined, heat treated, fully machined and heat treated conditions.
