Our Services Included : Machinery & Equipment Cihan Makina A.S. Is concentrated on cutting and finishing machinery and equipment for the making-up plants. On the other side Cihan's one of the focussed strategy is to provide consulting for production, organization, valuation and global trend's demands on the customers. CAD/CAS/CIM and CAM systems with spreading machines, cutters, laser systems, cloth inspection machines , toppers, rodeo machines, spray cabinets for jeans, crinkle presses, lamination machines, fusing presses, wrinkle free ovens, presses, washers, extractors and dryers are the main goods provided by Cihan. Capacity Planning & Feasibility Taking into consideration the plans of the customer and the type of the production ; we select the whole machine park suitable for this organization and based on the machinery selected ; the identification of the electric , air pressure and steam requirements accordingly. Based on the data determined on the machinery park and construction , to determine the monetary value of the project and advising possible payment solutions . Layout - Planning The organization of the factory based on the machines needed and further , reorganization of the complete firm . The organization of the machine orders and confirmations so as to make the plant to work on the due date . Fairs Cihan Makine participates the main fairs in Turkey every year and has participated the IMB and ITMA in earlier years with cloth inspection machines. The next fair will be in Istanbul in September 26-30, 2003 for garment machinery and accessories where we have 1000 sqm stand Advertisement In all major magazines, we give advertisements and news about our line continuously. Transportation By overcoming the problems due to the lack of control of production , machinery and timing ; overcoming the delays in customs and transportation . Installation The installation of machines and equipment that are suitable for the installation type and quality control of the machines with the assistance of our expert technical team . Training The training of the operator who will use the machine which is installed and the person that is responsible for the maintenance of the machine. After the installation of the machinery , making site visits to the firms and servicing when it is needed.
